Get Your Real Estate Saleperson's License - $225
Massachusetts requires you to take a 24-hour course to prepare for and become eligible to take the real estate salesperson's examination. Metropolitan School of Real Estate offers the salesperson's examination prep course each month. Please contact us for dates and times of upcoming sessions. We generally have the salesperson's class one weekend per month and the location is in our office at 490 Broadway in Somerville. Tuition is $200, plus $25 for the book, which you can pay for and pick up on the first day of class -- or arrange with us for an early pick up if you want to begin studying before your class.

Satisfy Your Continuing Ed Requirement - $125
If you're already licensed, you're required to take a 12-hour continuing education course every two years to renew your license. We offer regular continuing ed classes. Contact us for dates and times of upcoming sessions. Tuition is $125.

Brokers - Arrange for an on-site Continuing Ed Course for your Agents - group rates available
Our 12-hour Continuing Education course can come to you! If you'd like to arrange a continuing education class for your agents, our instructor design a special class for you, onsite or at our school location. Contact us with questions and to make arrangements. Minimum class: 5 agents. Tuition is $125 per agent. Group rates available for larger classes.
Get Your Broker's License - $300
If you''re a licensed salesperson with at least one year of full-time service under the aegis a broker, you're eligible to get your broker's license. We offer the 30-hour broker exam prep course. Contact us for dates and times of upcoming sessions. Tuition is $300.
The Instructor
Michael Albano, Broker/Owner of Metropolitan Boston Real Estate, is the instructor for all real estate courses. Michael is a Massachusetts Board of Real Estate certified instructor with fifteen years of experience teaching and training real estate and marketing professionals. Michael draws upon many anecdotal real estate experiences and uses a fast-paced PowerPoint presentation-driven format to create a highly interactive educational experience sure to increase your retention. Michael's approach also includes studying and test-taking strategies to prepare you for your exam and to increase your chances of passing.
