Roy is a native Massachusetts resident, having grown up in Chelsea. He graduated from Babson College with a double major in Marketing and International Business Studies, and after selling his start-up business, Roy attained his real estate sales license in 2003 and later his real estate broker license in 2007. In addition to his real estate practice, Roy has served in public office as a city councilor in Chelsea for over twelve years and as a member of the Planning Board for three years. He currently serves on the Licensing Board.
Roy has worked as marketing co-project manager for Keen Lofts, Industrie Lofts, and the Box Works Condos while at Metropolitan. His expertise, knowledge, and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills have been very helpful to his clients whether they be developers, investors, sellers or individual buyers.
